Dear Friend:

My name is Ben Field. I started TheBeekeepingCentre.com as a free resource for those who wish to explore the Beekeeping hobby and get the most out of caring for these amazing insects.

Here on my website, you’ll find a resources to help you learn more about starting and maintaining a bee hive, from how to buy bees, to setting up your hive, to  maintaining your colony and hive, breeding your bees, harvesting the honey and much more.

I’ve put together a free step-by-step mini-course to help you get started quickly with beekeeping.  It’s designed to teach you all of the essentials on purchasing, keeping, and breeding bees and gathering the honey.

In my FREE ‘Mini’ Course, You'll Learn:

  • How to prepare your backyard for the bees. All the plant life in the area will thrive because of the pollination of the bees. Beautiful displays of flowers and increased fruit harvests in yours and everyone else in the local area.
  • Four sure fire methods how to establish good relations with your neighbors. You’ll be amazed how the original suspicion turns into great neighborly relationships.
  • When is a good time to visit your honeybees? Knowing when to visit the hive will not only make it easier to handle the bees but will also increase the honey harvest
  • How to avoid bee stings like a pro. Believe or not it is possible to get through a year without any stings this course tells you how.
  • What to look for when ordering Bee colonies. Not all breeders have the customers’ best interest at heart. Getting the right bees at the start will mean that you will have years of delicious honey harvests and your backyard will be the envy of everyone.
  • 5 Guidelines on how to inspect any beehive with confidence. Making sure that everything is safe and the bees are ready to meet their keeper and stay making honey.
  • Avoid disasters when moving a beehive. Moving for anyone is stressful. Here we give guidance on how to make moving a complete success.
  • Discover the reasons for swarming behavior. Swarming is very natural for the bees but reduces honey production. Knowing the causes makes sure you can maximize your honey supplies throughout the year.
  • Wintertime is clustering time for bees. Bees are least active in the winter but doing things at this time will make healthy, active, pollinating, and honey making bees throughout the summer.
  • How to inspect your honeybees in early spring. This will ensure the best of summers.
  • Much, much more!
